Nam Long to launch new low-cost condo project

Located on Ho Ngoc Lam Street, Ehome 3 will consist of 14 apartment blocks of nine floors. In the first phase, some 495 units of 50-60 square meters each will be constructed.
The developers expect the products will be launched on the market early next month but prices have yet to be revealed. They will join hands with banks to support homebuyers to obtain home loans to settle payments by installment.
Ehome 3 is Nam Long Corporation’s third project for low income people after the successful Ehome 1 Saigon East and Ehome 2 Saigon East projects.
