IPH wins four conveted AP Property Award

Especially, Indochina Plaza Hanoi (IPH) has become the first project from Vietnam to receive the regional recognition for its outstanding mixed-use interior, which once again reaffirms the highest international standards of this mixed use development.
The awards received this year by Indochina Land include Best Leisure Development in Vietnam for Hyatt Regency Danang, the first branded resort, spa and residences that transformed the central coast of Vietnam, Best Mixed Use Interior Asia Pacific, Best Mixed Use Interior Vietnam and Highly Commended Mixed Use Architecture for Indochina Plaza Hanoi.
With three multiple awards for this year, IPH has truly become a remarkable brand name for mixed use development not only in Vietnam but across the entire Asia Pacific region.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards are part of the long established International Property Awards which was formed 19 years ago.

Last year, the Asia Pacific region has an enviable record of achievement at international level, having scooped an unbeaten total of 12 World’s Best Awards.
