CW starts marketing Ho Guom Plaza

The agreement signed with the project owner, Ho Guom Garment Join Stock Company, allows the property services provider to start marketing the multi-purpose project built with a 6-storey retail podium with 160,000 square meters, serviced apartments and an 8-storey office section with 120,000 square meters.
The company expects the project will attract corporate tenants in the coming time thanks to its modern facilities and convenient location.
