Nguyen Vinh Tran, CEO of Nam Long, said his company would focus on meeting the housing demand of many budget-conscious consumers, especially young families. In the last five years, the Ehome condos have sold well, with around 1,000 units already handed over to buyers.
Among the new projects developed by Nam Long, the Ehome 3 Saigon West in HCMC’s Binh Tan District has prices starting from VND615 million per unit.
Ehome 3 Saigon West consists of 14 nine-story blocks with some 2,000 apartments. It is currently in the first phase with 333 units under construction.
Tran said his firm would also build budget townhouses, garden houses and even the entire Ehome City in the coming time.
Nam Long is developing the first phase of the Nam Long-Saigon North Residence project in Thuan An District, Binh Duong Province.
The project is designed with 4,000 Ehome condos and 218 terraced garden houses, each covering 75-90 square meters and comprising two stories and three bed rooms. The internal road system and the first 20 houses of the project have been completed.
The terraced garden houses will be sold at VND867 million per unit.
Moreover, Nam Long has signed a deal with its partner CPG Vietnam Ltd. Co. to carry out the 102-hectare Ehome City project in Long An Province.
