Property firms to offer new products at Vietbuild

Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (Sacomreal) plans to introduce the Arista Villas project in Thu Duc District at the event, along with the housing projects under construction like Belleza in District 7, Carilon Apartment in Tan Binh District and Celadon City in Tran Phu District, HCMC.
Le Thanh Vinh, deputy general director of Sacomreal, said Arista Villas is featured as the company’s key project at this year’s Vietbuild because it will be launched into the market late this year.
Located along National Highway 13 in Thu Duc District, the Arista Villas project covering over nine hectares is designed with 111 terraced garden houses, 52 semi-detached villas, 40 demi-attached villas, 28 detached villas and other amenities such as school, club and green park.
Meanwhile, Nam Long Investment Corporation will bring to Vietbuild 2012 the Ehome 3 Saigon West project on Ho Ngoc Lam Street in Binh Tan District. The project consists of 14 nine-story apartment blocks with some 2,000 flats for middle-income earners.
It is expected that 495 apartments of 50-60 square meters each will be developed in the first phase. Ehome 3 Saigon West is the third project after Ehome 1 Saigon East and Ehome 2 Saigon East that targets middle-income customers.
Vinh of Sacomreal said Sacomreal’s pavilion welcomed a large number of visitors in the previous years. Therefore, the company hopes participants in Vietbuild 2012 will show interest in the Arista Villas project, providing a good premise for the project’s launch late this year.
Vietbuild 2012 will take place from July 4 to 8 at Phu Tho Indoor Stadium in HCMC’s District 11. The organizer said about 800 enterprises, including 125 foreign enterprises, had registered to join in the event with 2,200 stalls displaying diverse products of construction and interior decoration.
