Berriver Long Bien project introduced to public

The project is situated on 30,000 square metres in 390 Nguyen Van Cu street, Long Bien district.
Berriver is backed by SeAbank, Long Bien branch, to offer credit for individual customers with an interest rate of 11.99 per cent in the first three months. The maximum loan can last for 20 years.
Berriver Long Bien complex includes five towers of 22 storeys each. The apartments have area of 64 to 120 square metres.
The project include green gardens, supermarket, swimming pool, underground parking areas, spa. The project is sited near markets, schools, hospital and modern shopping centres.
Hanco9 has cooperated with Knight Frank Vietnam to introduce the model apartments to introduce the project with the customers. Construction is expected to be finished in the first quarter of 2014.
The project also has good infrastructure system, such as Nguyen Son road, Vinh Tuy bridge, national highway 5, Gia Lam airport and golf, Big C supermarket, Savico Megamall and Vincom Centre Long Bien.
