New property consultancy for luxury Southern Spain market

Multilingual property expert Stefano Zuliani has created LZ Properties to market southern Spain’s finest homes, operating almost exclusively in the elite country estate of La Zagaleta.
It aims to be a consultant to the vendor to create the best conditions for selling in the shortest timescales at the highest price.
‘Having worked in-house with La Zagaleta property developers, I came to realise the difficulties owners face when trying to stay on top of dealings with multiple estate agents and client viewings. It’s practically an impossible task,’ said Zuliani.
‘At LZ Properties we take the pressure off the vendor and make sure that the marketing and sale of their multimillion euro home is handled with the utmost discretion. The company will be working alongside real estate specialists and marketing its selection of properties directly to the buyer. LZ Properties act as the only point of contact in negotiations in order to control the quality of marketing, photography and protect the vendor’s identity and interests throughout the sales process until contracts are exchanged, Zuliani pointed out.
Its website has been designed to showcases each property to its best potential with full screen photos, detailed descriptions and downloadable brochures. LZ Properties manages content centrally before distributing white label material to selected estate agents. The site is also created with the latest technology to ensure that it is iPad and smart phone friendly for today’s money rich but time poor house hunters.
