Installments offered to row house buyers

Dat Xanh Group will put up for sale the second batch of land plots of the Gold Hill residential project in Dong Nai’s Trang Bom District on Sunday. Land buyers will pay installments of VND5 million monthly for around two and a half years.
The project consists of some 1,100 land plots, priced at VND3.2 million a square meter, or VND400 million per plot.
Customers do not need to take out loans, but they can buy land with their own money. This is an advantage that land plot project owners often mention when launching their products.
Similarly, Nam Tien Real Estate Co. on Tuesday began to offer the land plots of the residential-airport service project Blue Topaz on Giai Phong Street in Dong Nai’s Long Thanh District where the Long Thanh International Airport project is being deployed.
Tran Duc Phuong, general director of Nam Tien, said about 224 land plots of street-front houses covering 100 square meters each are being offered at VND302 million per unit.
Phuong hoped the project would lure individual investors with idle capital thanks to its location near the international airport and small investment cost.
Meanwhile, Becamex Infrastructure Development Co. (Becamex IJC) and Becamex Investment Service and Consultant Co. (Becamex ISC) are offering the project Prince Town in Binh Duong New City through exclusive distributor Tac Dat Tac Vang Co.
Hoang Anh Tuan, general director of Tac Dat Tac Vang, said 50 of the 129 terraced houses of the project are on sale at VND5 billion per unit, with payments made in 42 installments.
Buyers can move in after paying 10% of the house’s value. The remainder will be paid over seven years with no interest.
Tuan said installment payments would relieve the financial pressure for buyers in the current tough times, helping project owners approach customers.
