DTZ in deal to manage The Costa Nha Trang

In the deal, DTZ will be responsible for maintaining the building and providing services for apartment owners and tenants, among others.
The project has two buildings, with one of 29 floors with 244 high-end apartments and the other of 19 floors being a five-star hotel with 308 guest rooms. InterContinental Hotels Group will manage this hotel.
Nguyen Duc Ngoc, sales and marketing director of T.D, said around 40% of the apartments had found buyers with the average price of VND43.5 million per square meter.
The company expects to hand over the apartments to the buyers late this year.
