Luxury villa project launched in District 2
13-06-2012
The project consists of 11 villas designed with energy-saving equipment and remote control systems, together with other utilities such as swimming pools, gyms and playgrounds for children. Each villa is offered at VND13.7 billion.
Also in the eastern HCMC, Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (Thuduc House) is offering 38 land plots of street houses in the Antigone commercial town under the Phuoc Long Spring Town project, covering nearly four hectares on Tang Nhon Phu Street in District 9.
The project owner informed the land plots are offered at VND19.5-26 million per square meter.
A market survey of Savills Vietnam shows that no new project has joined the market in the recent past. There are currently 3,100 units in the segment of villas and semi-detached houses.
According to Savills, the majority of Vietnamese people prefer property attached to land. The outlying districts have abundant land fund and the important infrastructure projects being upgraded are expected to attract large demand for low-rise houses, especially villas and semi-detached houses at reasonable prices.
