The sponsorship reflects the attachment and responsibility in cultural and social activities of Sunrise Hoi An Beach Resort and Ocean Hospitality.
Miss Ethnic Vietnam 2013 aims to honour the beauty and intelligence of Vietnamese women. It is a great opportunity for representatives of ethnic women along the country to communicate, learn and exchange cultural and social knowledge with each other.
Miss Ethnics Vietnam was first organised in Dalat in 2007, then in Ho Chi Minh City in 2012. It gathers hundreds of young women from ethnic groups across the country. This year, Miss Ethnic Vietnam contest will take place in Quang Nam province’s Hoi An on June 22.
The competition is one of main parts of the 5th “Quang Nam heritage festival” programme, aimed at responding to the 10th anniversary of the UNESCO convention on protecting intangible heritages and further strengthening the great national solidarity. According to the board of organisation, the president of Mrs World, David Marmel - will visit Hoi An during the final round and participate in the competition.
